...As I watched John McCain's concession speech I was struck by how real he finally was. This was the man I supported in 2000, this was the man that showed up only briefly at times during this campaign. He is a true hero to this country, and that should never be forgotten. For him to come out and give his concession speech after fighting for the one position he so desperately sought for so many years and falling short, it was to be expected, the tears he was holding back, the honesty which which he spoke about unity and moving forward.
